The place was spotless, the room was spacious and quite peaceful, with very friendly staff available to assist with any concerns, and situated in a highly convenient location near the historic district.

This is a hotel go-to for Stein Am Rhein! Recently refurbished place with public parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. The staff is affable and fabulously friendly, and the owner too🙂

The staff at Garni-Hotel Muhletal were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious, quiet, and had a great view. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to markets and the city center, as well as being situated right in the old town.

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was beautifully traditional, with lovely antique furniture and charming paintings on the walls. It made me feel like I was staying in a cozy country cottage. The common areas were also very accessible for senior people like myself, with comfortable seating and easy navigation throughout.

I would have loved it if there were more organized activities or excursions specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some gentle guided tours or outings that could accommodate our needs and interests.

Mind-blowing location in a historical town, with a super close walk to the town center. Staff was ridiculously friendly and the hotel was spotless. Loved the parking availability, and the single room was jaw-dropping - beautiful view, comfy bed, and a great wet room shower. Lots of towels! The secure bike storage with charging was a pleasant surprise, and the garden was perfect for evening drinks. Breakfast had a good variety and the lovely owner even spoke some English. Definitely great value for the price, including breakfast. Wi-fi, picnic area/tables, flat-screen TV, pets allowed, no smoking on-site.

The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries was a game changer for me! It felt like a mini-spa experience every time I freshened up. As a budget traveler, this was a luxury I truly appreciated.

The only downside for me was the garden view from the quadruple room. It just didn't resonate with my personal taste.
